Terms of service

SuperDuo is operated by Cameron Duncalfe, Toronto, Canada. In these terms “we” means SuperDuo and “you” means the business that subscribes.

SuperDuo is Hank, an AI agent that works on your website, and Cam Duncalfe, a senior designer who reviews the design work. Hank handles the small requests your subscription covers: site updates, publishing, SEO, analytics, health checks and the other work listed on the pricing page.

SuperDuo is billed monthly, in advance. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partial months.

Adding or removing a website takes effect on your next billing date.

A small request is one change you can describe in a message, like updating a pricing table, publishing a post or fixing a form. Requests are handled one at a time. Work that is really a project, like a full redesign, is quoted separately and isn’t part of your subscription.

Changes go to a preview first. Hank publishes to your live site only when you approve it. You’re responsible for the content you approve, including its accuracy and your right to use it.

Hank works through accounts you invite him to, with his own email address. You can remove his access at any time in your platform’s settings. When you cancel, we remove his access ourselves.

We never make purchases on your behalf. Hank doesn’t buy anything, upgrade a plan or enter payment details.

We work to improve your site’s search and AI search visibility, but we don’t guarantee any ranking, traffic or result.

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide the service. Hank’s workspace for you is kept separate from every other client’s.

We delete your workspace and notes 90 days after you cancel. Ask sooner and we’ll delete them sooner.

Our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

If we change these terms we’ll tell you by email before the change takes effect.
