Sign up and tell us your site, your platform and what you want handled. We reply within one business day.
Setup call, 30 minutes.
You invite Hank’s own email address to your site, your analytics and your chat. Cam sends click-by-click guides for each platform. You never share a password, and you can remove access in one click.
Cam sets Hank up.
Hank learns your brand rules, your tone, your design system and who can approve what. You tell him where he should always ask first.
A test week.
Hank runs a site audit and a few small changes so you can see how he works before anything bigger.
Business as usual.
Message him like a teammate. He replies, puts each change on a preview, sends you the link, ships when you say so and checks the live site after.

The rules Hank follows

Preview first.
Nothing goes live without your go, unless you’ve said a type of change can ship on its own.
He checks his work.
After every publish it reloads the live page on desktop and mobile.
Design gets a designer.
New layouts and visuals are reviewed by Cam before you see them.
He asks when he’s unsure.
Ambiguous or risky requests get a question, not a guess.
He writes it down.
Every request, change and approval is logged, and you get the log in your monthly report.
Access you control.
