WordPress maintenance by an AI agent
Hank looks after the WordPress jobs that never quite get done: posts, pages, menus and the update notices. He stages what he can, asks before anything risky and checks the live site after.
What Hank does on WordPress
- Posts and pages in the block editor, with proper headings, images and blocks.
- The media library: images sized, compressed and given real alt text.
- Menus kept current as pages come and go.
- Yoast or Rank Math fields: titles, meta descriptions, canonicals and schema settings.
- Plugin update reviews. He reads the changelog and tests the update first. Never on production without your go.
- Contact forms tested so submissions keep reaching your inbox.
- Staging through your host’s staging tool when it has one.
How access works
An Editor account covers posts, pages and media. Administrator is only needed when plugin and theme updates are in scope.
Depending on your theme, menus and site-wide SEO settings can need Administrator too. We’ll tell you which on the setup call, and you can delete the account in Users at any time.
Good to know
- Updates are where WordPress sites break. Hank reviews each one, runs it on staging when your host offers it and never on production without your go.
- If your host has no staging tool, Hank says so, and updates only run when you approve them.
- Server and hosting problems stay with your host. Hank spots them in his health checks and tells you what to raise.
WordPress questions
All questionsDoes he need an Administrator account?
Only if plugin and theme updates are in scope. For content work, an Editor account is enough.
Will he update my plugins automatically?
No. He reviews each update and runs it on staging when your host has one. Nothing updates on production without your go.
Does he work with page builders?
Yes. He works in the editor your site already uses, the block editor or a page builder, and stays inside your existing layouts.
