Is Hank a real person?
No. Hank’s an AI agent. Cam is the real person, and he’s in your chat.
What if Hank breaks something?
That’s what previews are for. Nothing goes live without your OK, every change can be rolled back, and Cam’s in the thread.
What can Hank actually do?
Anything you’d ask a web producer: update pages, publish posts, build pages from your design system, fix SEO, set up analytics, check forms and links, add translations and keep listings current.
Which platforms does he work on?
Webflow, Framer, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify and custom code on GitHub and Vercel. If your site runs in a browser, he can work on it.
How does Hank get access?
You invite his email address as a collaborator. No shared passwords, and you can remove him in your settings at any time.
How fast does he reply?
Usually within minutes, and most changes are live the same day.
Who is Cam?
Cam Duncalfe is a senior designer with over 10 years in brand, product and web. He sets Hank up for you, reviews new pages and layouts, and steps in when taste matters.
Can other clients see my stuff?
No. Hank is set up separately for every client, with his own workspace, logins and memory for each.
Is my data used to train AI?
Your data isn’t used to train AI models. We run on model providers’ business terms, which exclude training on customer data.
Can he do a full redesign?
A full redesign gets its own quote, and Hank keeps the current site running in the meantime.
Can I cancel?
Yes, month to month. Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again.
What do I need to do?
A 30-minute setup call with Cam, then message Hank when you need something. That’s it.
